Adolescent Nutrition Education Program

If you are working with Middle School or High School students, we have some great curricula available.

EatFit and MoneyTalks are nationally recognized and proven effective with improving the nutrition and physical activity behaviors of adolescents. We have even shown that using these materials can improve students math and language arts skills.

If more than 50% of your students qualify to recieve free or reduced price lunches, you get all of the materials for free!  Otherwise, materials can be purchased from the ANR CATALOG.

Materials include in-depth nutrition lessons, colorful, magazine style workbooks for each student, and hands-on activities for real life application.
